Job Title: Field Supervisor

Position Type: Part Time (20-25 hours per week)

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Compensation: $20/hour + Tips

Parkside Pups is seeking an organized, reliable and enthusiastic Field Supervisor to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is passionate about dogs, communicates effectively, and is looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily services and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Field Supervisor’s Key Responsibilities:

  • Route Coverage: Step in when needed to walk dogs, pet sit or manage logistics when a team member is unable to complete a service.
  • Staff Training & Onboarding: Accompany and train new hires, ensuring they understand and uphold Parkside Pups’ safety and care standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor field performance and provide coaching to maintain top-tier pet care services.
  • Client & Team Communication: Serve as a go-to contact for real-time updates, client needs, and walker coordination.
  • New Inquiries: Assist with new client meet-ups and introduce new dogs to walkers.
  • Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts as needed. May include attendance at marketing events, flyer distribution, and/or content creation.

What we are looking for in a Field Supervisor:

  • Animal Experience: Lifelong pet lover and professional experience with dogs. Experience in pack walking and basic knowledge of dog behavior.
  • Dependability: Punctual, calm under pressure, and ready to lead by example.
  • Strong Communicator: Friendly, responsive, and professional in all interactions both in written and verbal communication.
  • Multitasking: Thrives in a fast pace role requiring effective multitasking skills.
  • Team Player: Committed to the success of Parkside Pups and clients we serve.
  • Training Completion: First Aid for Dogs certification or willing to complete First Aid training

Compensation & Benefits:
