Our Mission

JustPaid is a startup on a mission to modernize the financial infrastructure that powers how companies sell to other companies.

We are building the financial operating system for the next generation of businesses.

Founders, executives, startups, and finance teams are drowning in time-sucking financial work: messy sales contracts, fragmented billing models, unpredictable cash flow, and outdated, expensive tools that slow everything down.

The financial stack today is broken.

We are not building another dashboard or another shallow app. We are building real infrastructure that sits at the core of how modern companies make and collect money.

Our Story

JustPaid is building the AI finance operations layer for modern businesses.

Finance teams today are overwhelmed by fragmented systems, manual follow-ups, and reactive workflows. We believe finance should be proactive, automated, and strategic — not stuck chasing invoices or reconciling spreadsheets.

JustPaid replaces manual quote-to-cash processes with intelligent automation, AI-driven insights, and clean integrations across the finance stack. Our goal is simple: help companies close deals faster, get paid on time, and scale revenue operations without adding headcount.

Role: Finance Implementation & Customer Success Manager

This is a full-time role for a recent accounting graduate who wants to become elite at understanding how companies run their revenue.

You’ll work with customers as they onboard onto JustPaid — helping them set up their workflows, validate their data, and use the product confidently. You’ll also support our sales process with numbers-heavy work: making sure our understanding of a customer’s revenue model is accurate, clean, and ready to implement.

This role is numbers-first. You’ll spend your days inside real revenue models, invoices, contracts, billing schedules, and spreadsheets — and you’ll quickly learn what “modern finance operations” actually looks like across dozens of companies.

Work from anywhere in the world. Full-time.

What You’ll Do

Customer Implementation (Core of the job)

  • Help run end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live
  • Learn each customer’s billing + revenue model and translate it into a clean setup in JustPaid
  • Import, review, and validate customer data (customers, invoices, contracts, products, pricing)
  • QA the numbers: catch mismatches, missing fields, incorrect terms, and edge cases
  • Help customers feel confident using the product through training and check-ins
  • Write down patterns you see and help improve our onboarding playbook

Account Management + Customer Success

  • Stay close to customers after launch to make sure things are working smoothly
  • Handle check-ins, answer questions, and make sure billing + AR workflows stay accurate
  • Identify when customers should expand usage (more teams, more workflows, more automation)

Sales Support (Numbers-heavy)

  • Support our sales team by helping model customer billing and pricing structures
  • Help prepare onboarding plans and implementation assumptions before customers sign
  • Ask smart questions that reduce surprises and make onboarding faster

What we’re looking for

Experience

Skills

  • Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • No work experience required — we care more about aptitude, accuracy, and grit
  • Bonus (not required): internships in accounting, audit, finance ops, or analytics

Personal attributes

  • High ownership: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Fast learner: you want feedback and you apply it immediately
  • Clear communicator: you can explain a number or issue simply and confidently
  • You enjoy working with people, but your superpower is accuracy and analysis

Why this role is special

  • You’ll get a front-row seat to how real companies run revenue — across dozens of businesses
  • You’ll learn modern quote-to-cash, billing, AR, and finance ops faster than almost any traditional path
  • You’ll work closely with founders and a small team that moves fast
  • You’ll build rare skills at the intersection of accounting + software + customer operations
