Finance Operations Manager

At Grandir UK we are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Operations Manager to lead our core finance operations across a growing multi entity organisation. You will oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Banking, and Finance Systems, ensuring strong financial controls while supporting business growth and acquisition integration.
This is a key leadership role where you will drive process improvement, strengthen controls, and lead a high performing finance operations team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Finance Operations team through regular 1 to 1s, coaching and performance management
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and payment governance, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Drive strong Accounts Receivable performance including debt management and cash allocation
  • Monitor daily cash position and manage short term cashflow forecasting
  • Oversee bank reconciliations, mandates and payment security controls
  • Manage finance systems, workflows, expense and card platforms
  • Lead finance onboarding for acquisitions ensuring smooth integration
  • Support month end close and audit requirements across AP, AR and banking
  • Maintain strong financial controls, segregation of duties and compliance processes
About You
  • Experience managing high volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a multi entity environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking platforms, cash management and financial controls
  • Experience working in a fast paced, growing or private equity backed business is desirable
  • Experience with expense or card platforms and purchase to pay systems
  • Proven ability to improve processes, implement controls and drive change
  • Strong leadership, organisation and stakeholder management skills
