Financial Coach (Remote – Training Provided)

Job Overview
Financial Whole Life Services (FWL) is seeking motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Financial Coaches. This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor position.

FWL Coaches guide clients through a structured financial coaching framework that includes goal setting, budgeting systems, cashflow evaluation, debt management strategies, and financial stabilization planning.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, computer savvy, and comfortable working within defined systems and professional standards. Coaches are responsible for generating their own leads and building their client base, while also operating within the FWL infrastructure and guidelines. No prior coaching services required.

Training is provided through the FWL Coach Academy.

This position does not involve investment advising, tax preparation, or legal services.

Responsibilities

FWL Financial Coaches are responsible for:

  • Guiding clients through structured financial coaching sessions
  • Assisting clients with goal setting and action planning
  • Helping clients implement and maintain budgeting systems
  • Evaluating client cashflow and spending patterns
  • Supporting debt repayment strategy discussions
  • Encouraging savings discipline and financial stability practices
  • Maintaining accurate session documentation
  • Operating within FWL ethical and scope boundaries
  • Using approved platforms including HoneyBook, Zoom, Kajabi, and SharePoint
  • Generating personal leads and building a client base
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Coaches must follow defined systems and documentation standards. This is not personality-based coaching — it is structured, system-based coaching.

Experience

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Reliable WiFi/internet access
  • Laptop or desktop computer
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based structure
  • Preferred (but not required):
  • Background in finance, accounting, banking, or financial literacy
  • Prior coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience
  • Experience working with clients in a professional setting
  • Training is provided; however, candidates must demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and a willingness to follow structured processes.

This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Earnings vary based on performance and client volume. The more you learn, the more you earn.
