Representative Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Firmwide HR Department, including document processing (scanning and e-filing), mailings, invoice processing, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and support for firmwide HR projects. Process daily HR transactions within the firm's HRIS system and other related platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist the HRIS team in the administration of firmwide HR programs, addressing Workday and system inquiries, and resolving process issues. Gather, review, and analyze HR data as needed, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for employees and managers on HR systems and processes. Ensure efficient recording, secure storage, and reporting of HR metrics. Identify, document, and contribute to process improvements and change initiatives. Support additional duties and special projects assigned by the HR leadership team. Required Education, Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or a related field; OR one to two years of comparable administrative experience in a professional services setting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
