Position Overview
As a FlexLease Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for generating new subscriptions through both inbound and outbound calls, with a primary focus on outbound lead engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers—educating them on our program, guiding them through the approval process, and helping them find the perfect vehicle that fits their needs.

Compensation

  • 100% Commission-Based
    – Unlimited earning potential
  • Earning potential: $54,000–$72,000 annually based on performance. Top performers may exceed six figures.
Work Environment

  • Remote Position
    – Work from anywhere within the U.S.
  • Full-Time Schedule aligned with company hours (Monday–Saturday availability required)
  • Collaborative team environment with ongoing mentorship and training

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound follow-ups with leads from online inquiries
  • Handle inbound calls and convert prospects into FlexLease subscribers
  • Educate customers on FlexRide’s FlexLease program, benefits, and terms
  • Collect and process required documentation for new applications
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
  • Follow up on leads, renewals, and reactivation opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve customer experience and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (automotive, financial services, or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment
  • Excellent communication, phone, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals confidently
  • Organized and self-disciplined with consistent follow-up habits
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools
