Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members by strictly adhering to all aviation regulations and company procedures.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight checks of safety equipment and cabin cleanliness, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
  • Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide clear and concise safety demonstrations and instructions to passengers before take-off, during the flight, and upon landing.
  • Respond effectively and calmly to in-flight emergencies, administering first aid as required and assisting passengers in accordance with rigorous training.
  • Manage passenger queries, concerns, and special requests, striving to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive, harmonious cabin environment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with pilots, ground crew, and other cabin crew members to ensure smooth, punctual, and safe flight operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation, grooming, and uniform compliance at all times, reflecting the airline's brand image.
  • Complete all necessary pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation accurately and promptly.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and empathetically with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a confined space.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for safety and service.
