Conduct pre-trip inspections of trains and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order. Maintain accurate documentation of train movements, freight, and any incidents or delays. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during train operations. Comply with all federal and state regulations governing train operations and freight transportation. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and clients by addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Continuously monitor and report on train and equipment performance to identify any potential maintenance or repair needs. Act as a role model for safe and efficient train operations by following all company policies and procedures. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices, and operating procedures.
