Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + Next.js + PostgreSQL) for Holy Grail Portal (Crimson Codex, Secret )

Description I am building a web platform called Holy Grail Portal, which includes two connected systems: 1) Crimson Codex A public, immutable “intention ledger” where users submit written vows that become permanent entries in a public ledger. Entries are timestamped, hashed, and counted toward a goal of 144,000 participants. 2) Secret Knowledge University A structured knowledge base where users explore topics, documents, and curated learning paths, with different access levels (Public / Initiate / Advanced / Inner Circle). Both systems will share one user account system and run on my Hostinger VPS (Linux). I already have a detailed technical blueprint and content design and am looking for someone to implement the system end-to-end.
