Guardian Professional services are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver/porter/Equipment room Attendant to join our airport operations team. This role supports daily ground operations by transporting materials, assisting with luggage and equipment handling, and maintaining the organization and readiness of equipment room. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment secure airport environment and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
  • safely operate company vehicle on airport grounds in compliance with airport and TSA regulations.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Reports all breaches per applicable methods
  • Evaluates and responds to alerts in surrounding area with professionalism and according to company protocol
  • Alerts Supervisor on Duty when situation requires escalation per company protocol
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, cargo, and operational supplies.
  • Provide courteous assistance to staff and passenger as needed.
  • Support ground crew and provide courteous assistance to staff and passenger as needed.
  • Adheres to all Company service and operating standards.
  • Maintain organized storage tools, safety gear and operational equipment.
  • Conducts timely checks to see if a proper inventory of necessary work aids and supplies are in place.
  • Track inventory and report low stock or damaged items
  • Issue and receive equipment to/from staff and maintain accurate logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
  • Previous experience working in a professional office or similar setting preferred, but will train the right person
