Full-Time Operations Manager (E-commerce), Remote Job

Mira Organics is a fast-growing ecommerce brand built by founders who scaled the company to 7 figures per month within just 2 months. We’re now building the internal foundation of the company and looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help shape the next phase of Mira Organics.

Operations Manager Purpose

The purpose of the Operations Manager role at Mira Organics is to scale the company by hiring exceptional talents and building the internal systems that allow teams to operate efficiently as we grow.

You understand that strong operations start with strong people. A large part of your role will be recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members, ensuring that every hire is not only skilled, but also a strong cultural fit.

At the same time, you will build and improve the internal processes, communication systems, and project management structure that keep teams aligned as we scale.

Your active purpose at Mira Organics is to work closely with the founders to build a world-class team and create the operational backbone that supports fast growth.

Operations Manager Primary Roles

Ongoing:

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for new roles

  • Publish job posts, manage hiring pipelines, and coordinate interviews with the founders

  • Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the team

  • Build and improve internal systems, workflows, and SOPs across departments

  • Improve internal communication systems and team coordination (Discord)

  • Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal systems (Google Workspace)

  • Optimize ClickUp project management across teams and ensure deadlines are met

  • Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve execution and efficiency

  • Build automations and operational improvements using Zapier

  • Maintain high internal standards for organization, clarity, and accountability

Qualifications & Character Traits

Required Experience

  • Strong experience hiring and recruiting talent for online teams

  • Experience running interviews and evaluating candidates

  • Strong operations mindset with experience building systems and workflows

  • Experience managing projects, deadlines, and cross-team execution

  • Experience using ClickUp (or similar project management tools)

  • Fluent English speaker and writer

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce

  • Preferred: experience across multiple roles within eCommerce (e.g. operations manager, creative director, graphic designer, growth strategist, etc.)

  • Extremely organised and highly detail-oriented

  • Strong communicator and confident in interviews

  • Proactive problem solver with strong ownership

  • Reliable, consistent, and fast-moving

Hours

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
