Position Title: Full-Time Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Remote

Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (non-negotiable)
Location: Fully Remote – U.S. only
Start Date: February 2026

Job Summary
We are hiring for experienced, compassionate, and tech-savvy mid-level providers to join our remote care team. In this role, you will provide patient care through telemedicine, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Candidates must have strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently in a virtual environment, and a passion for improving access to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual Primary Care and Urgent Care services to patients across the U.S.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain compliance with telemedicine regulations and clinical best practices

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the United States
  • 2+ years experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care (required)
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with technology, EHR systems, and virtual patient interaction
  • Flexible to work any shift, including alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Full-time availability and commitment to a 2-year employment contract
  • Not accepting new graduates for this position

Schedule

  • Priority shift available: 1pm-9m & 9pm-5am shift
  • Full-time training (3–4 weeks) beginning from start date
  • Regular schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with alternating weekends; variable start times
