Duck Oven Fundraising partners with youth sports teams, travel teams, schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations to run high-impact fundraising campaigns that help groups raise meaningful funds while empowering participants to take an active role in the process.

Duck Oven is currently expanding and selecting a small number of individuals to join our Founding Partnership Team as we introduce Duck Oven to communities across the country.
As a Fundraising Partnership Representative, you will introduce Duck Oven fundraising programs to youth sports teams, schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations within your community.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and helping organizations succeed while earning performance-based income.
Many of our representatives are coaches, parents involved in youth sports, teachers, real estate agents, insurance professionals, or community leaders who already have strong local connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce Duck Oven fundraising programs to youth sports teams, schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations
- Build relationships with coaches, administrators, and community leaders
- Help organizations register and launch fundraising campaigns
- Maintain communication with fundraising partners
- Track prospects and registered organizations
Schedule
Flexible part-time schedule (10–20 hours per week).
Most representatives work within their local communities connecting with organizations that regularly run fundraisers.
This role is designed to fit alongside other professional or community commitments.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have strong connections within their local community
- Enjoy building relationships and helping organizations succeed
- Are self-motivated and organized
- Are comfortable introducing a fundraising opportunity to coaches or organizational leaders
Experience in sales, coaching, education, nonprofit work, real estate, insurance, or community leadership can be especially valuable in this role.
Compensation
This role offers performance-based compensation with bonuses tied to successful fundraiser registrations and results.
