It has been operating for over 27 years in the industry with expertise in garden design, landscaping and maintenance. **Job description** **Vacancy Maintenance Gardener/Driver** - Full Time hours: 40 hours per 5-day week_ Responsible for the general maintenance of private gardens. - **Main Duties**_ - Full clean UK driving license - Carrying out a varied range of gardening duties, requiring a minimum amount of supervision and use of own initiative - Soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, litter and debris clearing, edging, pruning, seed sowing, bed preparation and planting - Lawn maintenance and cultivation - The use of a wide range of hand tools, horticultural machinery and powered hand tools, such as lawn mowers, strimmer’s, hedge cutters etc - Ensuring that all tools, garden equipment and machinery are correctly maintained and serviced and that they are kept in good and safe working order - Keeping the company van and tool sheds clean and tidy and tools stored securely at all times - Undergo training as required - Competent, physically fit and able to do hard manual labour at times - Ability to use a wide range of horticultural machinery and powered hand tools - Possessing a good knowledge of horticulture - Comfortable with working in all weathers and seasons - Ability to work well as part of a team or individually - Good communication skills and a courteous personal manner to clients and staff - Creativity and an eye for detail - Experience of identifying pests and diseases - Knowledge of trees and shrubs - Eagerness to learn and improve - You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted._ Work remotely - No Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
