Global Director, ERP Order to Cash Process

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Director to oversee our ERP Order to Cash process. This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving efficiency and optimization in our order to cash cycle on a global scale. As the Global Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of our order to cash process. If you have a strong background in ERP systems, extensive experience in order to cash process improvement, and a passion for driving organizational success, we want you to join our team. Oversee the entire ERP Order to Cash process on a global scale and ensure its smooth and efficient execution. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the order to cash cycle and drive cost savings for the organization. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for managing the order to cash process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the order to cash process. Evaluate current processes and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancements or changes. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and efficiency of the order to cash process. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve the order to cash cycle. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to the order to cash process. Act as a subject matter expert on ERP systems and provide guidance and support to team members and other departments. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the order to cash team and across the organization. Represent the organization in external meetings and events related to ERP systems and order to cash processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and order to cash processes and implement relevant changes within the organization.
