Global Director Quality Management

At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we are currently searching for a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our leadership team as Global Director Quality Management. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of quality across all of our global operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical thinker, with a strong track record of leading, managing, and developing teams. The right individual will be passionate about driving process improvements, leading change and delivering results.To be considered for this role, applicants should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a quality management role in a global, multi-site environment. They must have an advanced degree in a science or technology related field (i.e. Chemistry, Biology, Engineering), and have a working knowledge of global regulations and standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders. Responsibilities: Create and implement a quality management strategy across all global operations, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure adherence to best practices. Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence. Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Establish and maintain effective communication systems for optimal team collaboration. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure standards are met.
