Responsibilities

  • Prepare and grill high-quality, flavorful food with care and precision.
  • Thrive under heat and pressure—own the grill with confidence and efficiency.
  • Follow all recipes, food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols tomaintaintop-quality standards.
  • Keep the hot food station stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Work collaboratively with the team—because we’re Stronger Together.
  • Provide an incredible experience for digital and catering guests by knowing and loving our food.
  • Handleguestconcerns with positivity and respect—treat every guest howyou'dwant to be treated.
  • Maintain a clean and safe restaurant in line with company, health, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous grill or cooking experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high heat and pressure.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead throughout a shift (up to 35 hours/week).
  • Must be able to squat, lift, and push up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in varying kitchen temperatures, from hot to cold.
  • Strong hospitality and communication skills to create a welcoming guest experience.
  • Positive attitude and strong workethic thatalign with Roti’s values and culture.
