With the business growing at pace, this is an exciting time to join the company. We are now seeking a Group IT Systems & Support Specialist, to work within our Group Technology Team, based in our Head office in Mayfair.

What you will do as Group IT Systems & Support Specialist:

  • Responsible for the resolution of IT related incidents and tasks that are assigned
  • Lead the delivery and support of projects for the global IT support function
  • Provide both on-site and remote IT support tasks, as well as coordinate partner engineer visits where necessary.
  • Responsible for the communication of incident and task status to end users.

Working Hours:

  • Monday- Friday with hours ranging between either 9am-6pm, or 10-7pm
  • Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

What are we looking for?

  • 3 years+ experience working within an IT Service Desk environment
  • Proven experience within the hospitality industry, with an understanding of its operational systems, challenges, and service expectations
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure , Active Directory, Office 365 administration
  • Knowledge of Tevalis experience is preferable
  • Experience working with the Halo IT Service Management platform
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and influencing skills
