Head of Risk and Compliance - Remote

We are currently looking for a Manager of Enterprise Risk Management - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in developing and overseeing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, which encompasses identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the organization. The individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various business units to integrate risk management into their strategic planning and decision-making. This position plays a critical part in establishing a proactive risk management culture, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance, as well as fostering strong internal relationships to enhance overall organizational resilience. Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework and methodology to identify, measure, monitor, and control enterprise-wide risks Partner with leaders across the business to enhance the ERM function, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate the company’s risk management framework, clarifying roles and responsibilities Provide expertise in the identification and assessment of controls and process improvement activities Define and maintain policies and SOPs for ERM framework components Provide oversight and advice on compliance with the ERM Framework Manage the development and administration of the ERM function, setting and measuring risk management standards Build and maintain business relations for smooth implementation of risk management activities Lead staff, prioritizing initiatives and defining performance goals Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, or Internal Audit 2 years of leadership or people management experience Familiarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and/or other ERM frameworks Strong relationship‑building skills with employees and leaders Flexible remote work environment Inclusive company culture that values diversity We use an AI‑powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role’s core requirements.
