Job Summary

GracePath Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Aides to join our expanding team across the United States. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing quality care to patients in hospitals, assisted living facilities, or home-based environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

  • Provide basic health care support including taking vital signs, monitoring patient condition, and reporting concerns to nurses or physicians.

  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, especially elderly or disabled individuals.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and equipment.

  • Follow care plans as directed by medical or nursing staff.

  • Support physical therapy and rehabilitation exercises under supervision.

  • Accurately document patient care, behavior, and observations.

  • Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent healthcare aide qualification preferred.

  • Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Ability to lift or move patients and perform physically demanding tasks.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional or volunteer experience in a healthcare, elderly care, or patient-support setting.

  • International healthcare experience and willingness to relocate to the U.S. are highly valued.

  • Familiarity with Western care protocols is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time positions: 40 hours/week

  • Shift-based schedules: May include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on facility needs.

  • Overtime available as per federal labor laws.

  • Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene practices.

  • Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality (HIPAA regulations).
