HGV Technician — Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Location: Slough

Salary: £49,140 – £57,330 per annum (45-hour week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday — Day Shifts Only

Workshop Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm (Flexible start times, latest start 8:00am)

The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated HGV Technician to join a busy, modern workshop in Slough. You’ll work on a well-maintained fleet of commercial vehicles in a professional, supportive environment with excellent facilities and no vehicles older than 2020.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI)

MOT preparation and inspections

Routine servicing and running repairs

Fault diagnosis and mechanical repairs

General workshop duties

Minimal trailer work requiredFleet & Vehicle Types

80% DAF Trucks

20% Mercedes-Benz trucks
