High Ticket Sales Closer (Weekends ONLY)

We are a fast growing coaching company that helps professionals make high impact career transitions through personalized mentorship and a proven system. Our clients come to us for clarity, confidence, and a faster path to a better role. We are scaling our sales capacity and hiring a weekend focused closer to match when our prospects are most available.

About the Role

This is a remote sales role focused on weekend coverage. You will run consultative enrollment calls with prospects who have opted in through our funnels, workshops, or outreach. These are not cold calls, but not every lead will be fully qualified, so you must be strong at discovery, qualification, and guiding decisions.

You will sell high ticket programs typically priced from 3,000 to 6,000 with a short cycle, usually one to three calls. You will be supported by templates, assets, and a sales support function that handles execution follow up and CRM hygiene, so you can focus on closing.

Schedule Requirement

You must be available for consistent weekend coverage, Saturday and Sunday. Some evening coverage may be available or required depending on demand.

  • Coordinate with the sales support function to ensure offers and follow ups are executed fast
  • Provide weekly feedback on lead quality, objections, and messaging patterns
