Role Description

This position is part of the EMEA Service and Customer Care Team located in the UK and will be fully remote. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering a proactive, customer-focused approach, supporting systems and aftermarket sales, and ensuring the timely completion of field service activities, quotations, order processing for spare parts replacement, and the handling of other customer inquiries as required.

A typical day will look like:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers across the EMEA region, supporting both routine and complex customer interactions.
  • Preparing accurate quotations from parts lists and managing customer orders and opportunities using Trojan Technologies systems, ensuring customer and business requirements are met.
  • Supporting Sales and Project Managers by managing order entry, purchase orders, invoicing support, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitoring and supporting on-time delivery (OTD) by coordinating internally to ensure products and services reach customers as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience is desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; Italian language skills are a strong advantage but not essential.
  • Previous experience working with quotations, order processing, or customer support within a technical, industrial, or service-based environment is preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is required (no visa sponsorship available).
