Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Flexible Schedule Travel Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will design and book memorable travel experiences for corporate and leisure clients across the globe.

  • Research, design, and coordinate customized travel itineraries
  • Consult with clients to understand their preferences, goals, and budgets
  • Book flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, tours, and event tickets
  • Provide suggested budgets and plan travel within client financial parameters
  • Monitor travel advisories and restrictions
  • Participate in ongoing training and supplier webinars to maintain certifications
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide pre- and post-travel support
  • Manage bookings efficiently and resolve any travel-related issues
  • Maintain accurate client and booking records in company systems
  • Network with tour operators and suppliers to offer competitive packages
  • Participate in FAM trips when available

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Smartphone with reliable internet access required (laptop recommended)
  • Personal travel experience is a plus
  • Background in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory
