Role Description

We are looking for an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join the Organ Health sales team! In this role, you will drive growth and market development within the general nephrology market by cultivating new and maintaining existing key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of Organ Health products. Your expertise and insights will play a critical role in advancing our mission to support healthcare providers with innovative diagnostic tools.

  • Promote and sell Renasight , a genetic test analyzing 385 genes to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease.
  • Promote and sell Prospera , a non-invasive cfDNA test for early detection of kidney transplant rejection.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management.
  • Drive market adoption of Natera’s Organ Health portfolio (Renasight and Prospera), contributing to successful product launches and market expansion.
  • Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize available resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within laboratory, molecular, or diagnostic sales.
  • Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling.
  • Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in nephrology or specialty medicine.
  • Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) related to nephrology or specialty medicine.
  • Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory, with 10% - 20% overnight stay.
