Job Title: Sr. Specialist, Digital Product Job Description This remote full-time position focuses on enhancing direct-to-consumer (DTC) profitability and digital consumer experiences for various health science brands. The role demands strategic thinking, excellent project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end digital product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand goals and user needs. • Independently manage website updates, including site copy, content changes, promotional code implementation, and issue triage for customer-facing experiences. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IT, Marketing, Experience, Brand, and Agency teams to deliver new digital services that enhance consumer experience. • Maintain a strong focus on brand-specific initiatives, ensuring digital product strategies align with brand goals and consumer expectations. • Provide consistent and accurate reporting support for Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews. • Generate monthly user experience analytics reports and integrate customer service feedback to identify experience gaps and improvement opportunities. • Serve as the lead for the BazaarVoice platform, overseeing strategy implementation and optimization. • Develop HTML mockups in Figma for development handoff and drive strategic enhancements across DTC and non-DTC channels. • Align digital experience strategies with enterprise-wide goals and brand-specific priorities. Essential Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, user experience, or related roles. • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills for engaging and aligning cross-functional teams. • High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities. • Solid understanding of core marketing principles, including market segmentation and brand positioning. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with commerce engines such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and Salesforce Cloud. • Familiarity with website ecosystem platforms, including CMS, Analytics, Order Management Systems, Payments, and Subscriptions. • Experience in UX/UI design, mockup development, and consumer journey mapping. • Knowledge of the nutrition industry, particularly in Vitamins, Minerals, Herbal Supplements, or Medical Nutrition. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bridgewater, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.50/hr.
