Job Summary:

As an HR and Finance Manager (Part-Time), you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and financial administration for a dynamic and fast-paced homegrown bakery brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is highly task-oriented, and has a hands-on, can-do attitude. You will be responsible for managing HR administrative functions, payroll, and financial processes while collaborating with external auditors and accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Duties:

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee records.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring processes and onboarding.

Finance Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoices, claims processing, and financial documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors and accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in HR and finance roles, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Strong proficiency in payroll processing, HR administration, and work pass management.
  • Basic accounting knowledge with experience in invoices, claims processing, and financial coordination.
  • Highly task-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
