About the role: The HR Business Partner role is a consulting role within Castle HR. The Consultant shall provide strategic HR consulting services to Castle HR’s clients, delivering high-impact solutions that align with business objectives, drive high-performance teams, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. Using Castle’s Modern HR processes, you will help your clients by: • Providing expert HR advice; managing relationships and proactively supporting the clients • Providing strategic HR leadership • Working on Talent Strategy & Organizational Design • Solidifying HR Compliance and Employee Lifecycle • Helping clients make data-driven decisions Extra Credit if you have: • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. • Extensive experience working with senior leadership (C-suite). • Experience working with software and/or professional services companies. • HR consulting experience. • Experience in analytics, big data and AI tools.
