Position Overview: The HR Consultant/Manager will be instrumental in shaping our HR practices to align with the fast-paced and evolving nature of the Fintech/SaaS industry. With 10 years of experience, the successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, providing strategic guidance and managing complex HR initiatives that support our business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic HR Consulting: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and the unique demands of the Fintech/SaaS sector. Provide expert advice on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. Develop strategies to attract top talent in the competitive Fintech/SaaS market. • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and data protection standards. Conduct regular audits and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company. • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies and benefit programs, including salary benchmarking and benefits optimization. Ensure compensation structures are competitive within the Fintech/SaaS industry. • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and skills enhancement. Facilitate career development and succession planning initiatives. • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning. Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics and trends to senior management. • Change Management: Support organizational change and transformation initiatives. Foster a culture of agility and innovation to adapt to the rapidly changing Fintech/SaaS environment. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR consulting or management, with a focus on the Fintech or SaaS industry. Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development. • Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry regulations specific to Fintech/SaaS. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and manage complex projects.
