Consulting firm background/experience is preferred in the accounting/consulting or HR consulting industries; Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification strongly preferred; A solid foundation of HR knowledge - employment laws and practices - as well as a keen ability to serve as a business partner; Proven experience in leading difficult conversations (terminations, probation, salary reductions, etc.) as well as employee growth and counseling conversations; Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other HR programs. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50 to $55 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
