HR Generalist (Remote in Western US)

Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to support our operations across the Western United States. This role will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to supervisors and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment and has experience supporting large employee populations—call center experience is a plus. This role is primarily remote with occasional travel (up to 25%) to locations across the Western and Midwestern United States. You will be expected to engage with both in-office and remote employees, participate in regional HR initiatives, and support business continuity and engagement efforts across multiple sites. Your role in our mission • Partner with business leaders to address employee relations issues, performance concerns, and workforce planning. • Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, policy interpretation, and compliance. • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions. • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and leave administration. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver consistent HR support. • Participate in business continuity planning and operational reviews. • Conduct virtual and in-person HR meet-and-greet sessions to build employee trust and visibility. What we're looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience required. • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred but not required. • Experience in transactional HR support roles, ideally in high-volume environments. Prior experience supporting call center or similar high-volume employee environments is a plus. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making. What you should expect in this role • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position. • Must be willing to work the hours of 8AM-5 PM PST M-F. • Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment. • Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting. • New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. • For all remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. • The interview process consists of at least three interviews (arenaflex Teams meetings). • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired. • This position will remain posted to take applications until July 30, 2025. #LI-NB1 #LI-REMOTE The pay range for this position is $63,400.00 - $90,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
