Complex Facilities delivers bespoke, integrated facilities and asset management services across some of the UK’s most critical and secure environments. This role provides a strong foundation in HR by giving the graduate experience across all areas of the people function while developing towards a future in HR. You’ll build core skills in employee relations, absence management, trade union engagement and wider HR processes, while also supporting delivery of the People Plan and developing confident stakeholder‑management skills. Your primary focus will be supporting business growth and work‑winning through tenders, people data analysis, TUPE activity and mobilisation planning.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR activity across employee relations, absence management, trade union engagement and core people processes.
Contribute to the delivery of the People Plan, including talent, organisational effectiveness, engagement and inclusion initiatives.
Build strong stakeholder‑management skills by attending meetings, supporting senior leaders and developing an understanding of operational and strategic business needs.
Support business‑growth activity, including tenders, data analysis, creating people‑content libraries, TUPE processes and mobilisation planning.

What you will bring:
