Wise May are looking for a strong HR Operations Assistant to join this forward thinking Underwriting Insurance company in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist this growing HR team and gain exposure to all parts of the company.The role will be working in an extremely friendly and supportive team.This role offers hybrid working, and the hours are 09:00-17:00.HR Operations Assistant duties and responsibilities:Provide day-to-day operational support to the HR Operations Manager, and the wider HR team.Maintain HRIS data and assist with process implementations.Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes.Run reports and support data audits.Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls.Support the HR team on various projects.HR Operations Assistant skills and experience required:Demonstrable experience in HR Operations and using Workday HRIS.Able to develop and maintain good relationships with all in the workplace.Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and work to meet deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working with data, systems, and standard reports.Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.Strong organisational and coordination skills.Company Benefits include:Excellent pension schemePrivate medical insuranceLife assuranceSeason ticket loanHybrid workingAnnual discretionary bonus
