At Vestacy, we're looking for a Reward Analyst keen to immerse themselves in the heart of our reward strategy execution. You'll find yourself in a pivotal role, interfacing with diverse stakeholders and managing reward programmes that inspire and motivate our people. If you're avid about numbers and have an eye for detail, your expertise could make all the difference in how we acknowledge and foster talent.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><p>- <strong>HR Systems & Data Management</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate employee data across <strong>two HR systems/ERPs</strong>, ensuring consistency and correct downstream feeds.</li><li>Process hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in both systems.</li><li>Ensure benefits and payroll data flows are correct and timely.</li><li>Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate issue resolution with systems teams or vendors.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits Administration & Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Validate eligibility files and ensure accurate benefits enrollment.</li><li>Support day‑to‑day administration of medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, disability, and other benefits.</li><li>Process enrollments, changes, and terminations.</li><li>Maintain benefits records and ensure data integrity across platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Support & Communications</strong></p><ul><li>Act as first‑line support for employee questions on benefits, HR systems, leave, onboarding, and general HR processes.</li><li>Provide clear instructions, FAQs, and guidance.</li><li>Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately.</li></ul><p><strong>Recruitment & Compensation Support</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare compensation benchmarks and market analysis inputs.</li><li>Support offer preparation and internal package consistency checks.</li><li>Handle hiring-related administration (contracts, system setup, documentation).</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Support coordination with benefits brokers, administrators, and vendors.</li><li>Assist in vendor reporting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.</li><li>Support preparation for renewals, audits, and governance reviews.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance & Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Support compliance activities related to ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and other US benefit requirements.</li><li>Assist with documentation, reporting, and audits.</li><li>Maintain SOPs and process documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>BAU Support & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain process guides and checklists.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.</li><li>Support system enhancements, vendor transitions, or change projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The experience we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>-Experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or total rewards support.</li><li>Strong HRIS/ERP data management skills; comfortable working across multiple systems.</li><li>Understanding of US employee benefits.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication and employee service skills.</li></ul><p>High organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with US benefits vendors or brokers.</li><li>Exposure to compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA).</li><li>Working knowledge of benchmarking or compensation support.</li><li>HR or benefits certifications (SHRM, CEBS coursework).</li></ul><p>Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The skills for success</strong></p><p>Compensation & Benefits, Execute plans, Data and Analytics, Digital literacy, Total Rewards, Reward management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>We believe great work deserves great rewards.
