This role provides <strong>independent, end‑to‑end HR support</strong> with a strong emphasis on <strong>operational delivery</strong>, compliance, and day‑to‑day employee support. Given the duration of the contract, the focus will be on <strong>execution rather than long‑term strategic initiatives</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>HR Business Partnering</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in the Singapore office.</li><li>Provide timely guidance on HR policies, employment practices, and people‑related matters.</li><li>Support line managers on performance discussions, employee concerns, and workforce decisions.</li><li>Offer practical HR advice ensuring compliance with Singapore statutory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>End‑to‑End HR Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment coordination, offers, onboarding, induction, engagement, performance, compensation support, employee relations, and offboarding—<strong>in consultation and guidance of the regional HR team and COEs</strong>.</li><li>Support employee relations matters, including performance management guidance, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.</li><li><strong>Work on payroll inputs</strong> to ensure accuracy and compliance with Singapore employment law, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>Manage employee benefits and insurance matters, including employee advisory and vendor coordination.</li><li>Support internal or statutory HR audits and ensure documentation readiness.</li><li>Partner with Finance to ensure timely vendor payments.</li></ul><p><strong>Office Culture & Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate site‑level engagement initiatives and employee communication activities.</li><li>Support learning and development logistics and ensure timely execution of mandatory training.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with HR team members and COEs on local and regional HR activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience.</strong></p><ul><li>8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.</li><li>Proven ability to independently manage end‑to‑end HR operations.</li><li>Experience partnering with stakeholders in a matrixed or multinational environment.</li><li>Strong customer focus, judgment, and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Hands‑on experience in employee engagement, training coordination, and employee relations.</li><li>Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing both high‑volume operational work and complex individual cases.</li><li>Positive, collaborative, and “can‑do” working style.</li></ul><p></p>
