Human Resource Trainee [GRIT@Gov]

What the role is:

This traineeship provides an opportunity to learn on the job and apply AI to improve the recruitment process of a large organization (with more than 1000 headcount).

What you will be working on:

The trainee will be involved in a few areas which may include: 1) Streamline and Improve recruitment & selection process using AI a) Assess AI tool(s) to be used in recruitment processes b) Understand current recruitment challenges/processes c) Test the selected tool, analyse and provide feedback d) Analytics of profile of candidates to find best proxies e) If time permits, assist the HR recruiters in customization of the tool for JTC’s needs, when feasible 2) Design and Develop a Structured Management Associate Programme a) Conduct a research and analysis on a few Management Associate Programmes from other organisations b) Map out a proposed programme structure including duration, rotations and learning components c) Present findings and recommendations to the HR team 3) Branding / Outreach Initiatives Support the HR team in branding and engagement initiatives with students and IHLs 4) HR Analytics & Insights a) Develop analytics, automations and visualizations to streamline and improve support talent management processes (e.g., Talent Review Exercise, People Development Committee Meetings) b) Conduct analytics for Employee Engagement Survey (EES), Pulse Surveys, and People & Culture Risk Indicators and Metrics c) Track and monitor Areas of Improvement (AFIs) for organisational development
