Ideal start date: ASAP The role At AlphaSights, our people are our greatest asset and integral to the service we provide. As an Associate in our EMEA Human Resources team, you will play a key role in the operational running of our HR processes and policies to support our 600+ employee base spanning London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal. You will support key aspects of the day-to-day employee lifecycle, focusing on execution excellence and ensuring that HR processes, systems, and workflows run seamlessly. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR operations while developing the skills and exposure required for continued growth and progression within our HR function. What you’ll do Internal communications: Serving as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring responses are clear, accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies. Operations: Driving execution excellence across core HR processes, including documentation, data management, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage. System management: Ensuring HR systems are up to date by accurately maintaining employee data and records, supporting data integrity, and reporting needs. Employee experience: Supporting employees through their onboarding and offboarding journey, educating them on our benefits offering and our policies. Payroll support: Managing HR inputs and deadlines in close partnership with the Finance team. Business partnering: Developing a strong understanding of AlphaSights’ teams and regional needs, partnering on HR initiatives to improve processes and the employee and stakeholder experience. Who you are Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above) Relevant experience – you have 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources Highly driven and proactive – you have excellent planning and organisational skills, can meet tight deadlines, and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator – you demonstrate strong verbal and written communication that confidently and clearly conveys your message to employees and internal stakeholders.
