Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements • Three (3) years of Human Resources Generalist experience required. • Two (2) years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues required. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent required. • Knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation, and internal complaint investigations. • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. • Working knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, compliance, and practices. • Working knowledge in developing, executing, and maintaining Human Resources projects and programs. • Working knowledge of arenaflex Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel). • Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). • Ability to investigate and research laws and regulations and to develop implementation and messaging plans. • Ability to coach, counsel, and problem solve with others. • Ability to deal constructively with conflict and use good judgment. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing tight deadlines. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to use business savvy and proactive thinking to ensure we're anticipating needs. • Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Ability to adapt to change working in a fast-paced environment. • Intuitive people skills and a courteous and professional demeanor.
