Human Resources Coordinator - REMOTE - SoCal only

Exante360 looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator role supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient processes and a positive associate experience. This role provides administrative support across core HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, records management, and compliance. What You’ll Do • Maintain and update associate records in HRIS and personnel files. • Assist with full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates at each stage of the process. • Support new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions. • Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws through audits and recordkeeping. • Help deliver associate and manager training on HR policies and systems. • Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and associate inquiries. • Organize engagement initiatives and company events. • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support business decisions. • Respond to associate questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and leadership. What We’re Looking For • General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR practices. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A collaborative, customer-service mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 1–3 years of HR experience or administrative experience in a related field. • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and the use of AI tools to assist with HR-related tasks. • Experience with arenaflex Office Suite.
