Human Resources – Recruitment & HR Operations (Remote)

We are seeking a Human Resources professional to support both recruitment efforts and core HR operations within our organization. This role will be key in managing hiring processes and supporting the employee lifecycle through structured and efficient HR practices. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in recruitment and Human Resources functions. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring • Conduct recorded interviews with potential Sales Associate candidates. • Review and analyze pre-interview metrics to tailor interviews and evaluate candidate fit. • Prepare clear and concise interview summaries with hiring recommendations. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely and professional communication. • Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate documentation. Onboarding & HR Administration • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure completion prior to start dates. • Coordinate onboarding steps and timelines with candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files. • Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures. Core Human Resources Functions • Support employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, role changes, and offboarding. • Serve as a point of contact for general HR-related inquiries. • Assist with performance tracking and basic HR reporting. • Support updates to HR policies, templates, and internal documentation. • Contribute to improving and documenting HR processes and workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment and candidate interviewing. • Experience supporting Human Resources operations and administrative processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
