Bosch Home Comfort produces systems like Geothermal water source heat pump systems, Variable refrigerant flow air conditioning, hydronic boiler and water heating,connected thermostats and combined heating a power generation systems.<br>• **This position will be located at the Londonderry, NH Bosch Home Comfort support center.<br><br>Travel Expectation: Occasional travel (less than 5%).<br><br>Job Description<br><br>This position requires a service technician that is customer focused with Heating / Air conditioning and Hot Water and is adaptable to the changing needs of our expanding business.<br><br>Job Duties & Responsibilities:<br>• Provide phone and email based trouble shooting and applications assistance to contractors, dealers, engineers, architects and homeowners on hydronic heating, forced hot air, domestic hot water, air-conditioning, heat pumps.<br>• Work with different departments to support new product introduction, provide guidance on currently supported products or assist in continuous improvement projects<br>• Represent the business with root cause analysis in complaint resolution or technical investigation when required<br>• Establish and maintain electronic support records of calls and emails<br>• Review technical materials to verify correctness. Develop departmental technical documents and assist with technical videos<br>• Provide trouble shooting and applications support internally to related departments and outside sales representatives<br>• Provide peer level support developing others in area(s) of technical expertise.<br>• Assist the business in continual product and process improvements and reducing warranty and goodwill costs<br>• On-site field troubleshooting as needed<br>• Perform other duties as required<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Basic Qualifications:<br>• High School diploma or GED<br>• 3+ years of experience with a minimum of two of the following: Gas service, installations, controls, fuel combustion, heat exchange/transfer, fluid transfer, fresh air and exhaust systems, air conditioning, compressors, and domestic hot water systems<br><br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>• Oil service and installations is a plus<br>• Gas, Oil license, NATE certification, Refrigerant Service EPA certification<br>• Experience with geothermal and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) products is a plus<br>• Strong problem solving skills; Adaptability; Willingness to take initiative<br>• Diplomatic and strong interpersonal skills to handle customer escalations in a professional manner; Excellent customer orientation<br>• Good verbal and written communication skills<br>• Confidentiality, Aptitude to deal with sensitive information<br>• Knowledge to function as a member of a team<br>• Working proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.<br><br>Additional Information<br><br>Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
