ICEO Executive Mentor

The International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) is a boutique practice within LHH that provides exclusive, bespoke career advisory services for sitting and transitioning senior leaders. The individuals served include leaders from the highest echelons of corporate America, requiring an elevated white glove approach to provide an extraordinary experience.

The ICEO Mentor is responsible for owning the entire service delivery, including leading a customized team of Experts and other special resources, for their ICEO client executives. The Mentor serves as the primary advocate for their clients within the ICEO practice to ensure they have the resources and support needed to ensure a "next best testimonial" experience.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to Global Head of ICEO; Managing Director, ICEO North America; Head of ICEO Client Experience, North America; and/or local Regional ICEO Practice Leader

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Meeting each client where s/he is and understanding his/her unique needs
  • Delivering the crucial elements of a white-glove boutique experience in the areas of responsiveness, commitment to excellence, and concierge quality support
  • Serving as valued thought partner, trusted advisor and sounding board throughout engagement
  • Providing mentoring around best practices
  • Mobilizing appropriate ICEO resources across the practice as the client's advocate
  • Leveraging network of connections for the benefit of the client
  • Delivering insights on business, leadership and industry trends

All About You

  • Over 10 years of experience in a functional, enterprise-wide, or substantial business unit leadership role in companies of substantial size at the C or C-1 level (or in select circumstances consultative sales & delivery experience in management consulting or human resources management solutions focused on supporting top of the house leaders).
  • Strong background of coaching and/or mentoring and development, coupled with an entrepreneurial orientation and track record of personal integrity.
  • Track record of creating strong professional and social relationships at senior management levels in organizations, such as CEO, CFO and COO as well as with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Influence - Able to establish rapport and long-term relationships with senior level executives. Ability to identify client needs and compel decision makers to adopt an appropriate recommendation. Ability to create impact and achieve desired outcomes without direct organizational authority.
  • Collaboration - Works collaboratively with ICEO colleagues across the national and global practice to help support and build the community including consistency of ICEO service delivery, sharing best practices, new offerings, case studies, references, etc.
  • Emotionally intelligent and empathic

  • Compensation: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
