Job Title Inside Sales Account Manager, Northeast Job Description Job Description Axis is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager, Northeast to work closely with Regional Sales Managers to promote and aid the sale of Axis Communications products and solutions within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be located within reasonable driving distance to our Axis office in Chelmsford, MA. What you will do Proactively engage in inbound / outbound calling and follow-up to identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities across partners, distributors, and end customers. Investigate and analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate Axis camera systems and solutions, including competitive positioning and product comparisons Deliver virtual product demonstrations and solution overviews tailored to customer and partner needs Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with resellers, integrators, distributors, technology partners, and end users within the territory Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers by identifying target accounts, prioritizing opportunities, and helping allocate resources to drive territory objectives Research and prospect new accounts, leveraging internal sales and technical teams as needed to advance opportunities Review and evaluate channel partner program applications, determining eligibility and communicating acceptance or rejection Drive partner engagement by promoting attendance to trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other sales enablement activities Maintain accurate activity, opportunity tracking, and pipeline updates within CRM tools Stay current on product offerings and technology through ongoing trainings and certification Perform other related duties as assigned Who are we looking for Ability to make decisions independently Outstanding communication Fluent in Microsoft Office applications Responsible independent drive Ability to effectively motivate in time sensitive environment Charismatic disposition Competitively efficient Solid technical skills to include understanding of networking infrastructure Resourceful Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area 3+ years in sales driven position Valued but not required skills or experience Work in Information Technology Industry 2+ years’ experience in technical sales Salary Range: $70,000-$76,000 OTE (based on education, experience, and location) Physical demands The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
