Conduct regular market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing timely and accurate performance updates and making recommendations for adjustments as needed. Serve as a subject matter expert on our organization's products, services, and capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and investment teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact client satisfaction or retention.
