Job Title: Intake Associate - Part Time

Department: Supply Chain

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure maximum compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, OSHA, USDA, and other areas of mandatory regulatory oversight
  • Ensure that intake staff understand the shared accountabilities for goals and priorities
  • Work with all vendors to ensure all products are compliant based on AZDHS standards
  • Collaborate with Lead on verifying all products have compliant testing
  • Uploads all 3rd party and internal product transfers into Dutchie inventory system
  • Unload orders daily from 3rd party vendors, verifying the order during delivery
  • Experience with Dutchie system is a plus
  • Makes sure all product is labeled with compliant Dutchie labels per AZDHS.
  • Assists with any other duties assigned by the leadership team

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or intake role(s)
  • Must exhibit strong leadership skills, both with subordinates and peers, with emphasis on relationship development and implementation of company culture improvement initiatives
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication abilities including the ability to present complex theoretical concepts and empirical performance data effectively in both oral and written formats for audiences ranging from senior executives through entry level employees
  • The ability to communicate clearly and engage in dialogue with all levels of employees in an inclusionary manner
  • Must be able to influence others in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and matrixed environment that emphasizes network and site needs as a priority
  • Experience with industry-standard software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Familiarity with specialized industry software applications (SAP, Dutchie,) preferred but not required

 

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
