International Business Development Lead, Apple Services (12 month parental cover)

Join Apple’s International Business Development team and help shape the future of Apple
Services. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic business development
professional to lead partnerships with carriers, video operators, retailers, financial
services, and emerging sectors.

You’ll play a critical role in scaling Apple’s services - including Apple Music, Apple TV+,
Apple Arcade, iCloud, Apple Fitness+, and Apple One - by building strong relationships
and high-impact programs that expand reach, drive acquisition, and enhance customer

Description
In this role, you will:

  • Lead Apple Services partnerships with a focus on growth, retention, and customer
engagement.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies with key partners to drive significant
subscriber acquisition.
  • Design and implement commercial programs and business models that align with
partner and Apple objectives.
  • Negotiate strategic agreements with mobile carriers, Pay TV operators, video
providers, retailers, and partners in emerging verticals.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and oversee execution with cross-functional
teams including legal, engineering, and marketing.
  • Lead executive-level partner meetings and internal business reviews to align on
performance and opportunity areas.
  • Deliver presentations and business reviews to large groups of senior leaders, both
internally and externally, ensuring alignment and buy-in at the highest levels.
  • Support integration efforts, ensuring partners are successfully onboarded into
Apple’s Services platforms.
  • Manage commercial relationships post-launch, including performance analysis,
contract renewals, and ongoing optimisation.

This role requires a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, commercial P&L fluency,
and the ability to influence across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of mobile, media, or subscription business models.
Skilled in business case development, financial analysis, and program strategy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
BA/BS in Business or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience working in or with global teams.

Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience managing or selling value-added services to carriers and related industries.
Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships at the C-suite level.
Strong knowledge of media, subscription, or platform partnership landscapes.
Successful track record in negotiating complex deals with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Experience developing and delivering content, subscription, or digital service offerings.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, as this role will support the Greater China market.
