About Us Aligned Ventures is a fast-growing multifamily investment firm built on trust, execution, and alignment with investors. We are investors first and sponsors second, our principle backs the company with a 30 million dollar balance sheet and we invested 8 figures of our capital before deciding to bring in outside investors. Must haves • A confident communicator who loves connecting with people. • Experienced in high-value investment sales, capital raising, or private placements. • Deep understanding of Multifamily and real economics • Results-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through.
