Join our accommodation team in the Cairngorms – Remote Position

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable person to help with guest communication and coordination for our small group of holiday properties in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland.

This is a long-term role with plenty of freedom, where you’ll share tasks with our existing guest coordinator, who will also train and support you. The role sounds broad, but in practice, most days require no more than about an hour of work, thanks to automation and clear processes.

What the role involves

Answering guest messages and enquiries quickly and professionally

Helping with bookings and guest requests in our booking system (HostAway)

Coordinating with our cleaning team when needed

Keeping calendars and checklists updated

Hours and flexibility

3 days per week (we’re flexible on which days)

On your working days, you’ll be available between 09:00 – 21:00 UK time to respond to guests promptly

Workload is usually light, with occasional busier moments

What we offer

£300 per month for 3 days

Who we’re looking for

Ideally UK-based (extra plus if you’re in Scotland)

English as native language ideally

Organised, guest-focused, and confident in written communication

Responsiveness is key - You have your phone on you, and are able to answer straight forward messages from our guests
