## WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: šŸ“Nike Virtual Studios is looking for a 3D Designer to join us for a summer internship to create new extended reality experiences for our virtual product creations. You’ll work in close collaboration with our Virtual Product and Immersive Experience Design team and partners to deliver the best 3D and extended reality experiences for our community. Ideal candidates for this role will have an understanding and interest in 3D design concepts as well as an ability to generate high-impact ideas, working models, and customer-facing deliverables. šŸ“Graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 šŸ“Must be able to present a portfolio showcasing your class projects, independent work and experiments in the 2D, 3D, and XR design space šŸ“Solid understanding of 3D rigging and animation design šŸ“Artistic and technical knowledge/experience with real-time engines (Unreal, Unity) šŸ“Experience with 3D software with strong modeling, shading, and sculpting skills (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Adobe CS) šŸ“Ability to understand color, visual compositions and lighting šŸ“A self-starter, collaborator, and team player šŸ“A passion for sport, gaming, culture and creative storytelling; with the ambition to use it to change how we live our lives šŸ“Passion for current trends in social channels, virtual platforms, emerging technology, design, art, gaming, interactive and experience design šŸ“Passion for learning new tools/techniques and open to exchanging knowledge šŸ“Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships ## WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE: šŸ“The 3D Designer intern position is responsible for collaborating with our design team and partners to generate virtual models, renderings and animations for our digital product creations.
