In this role, you will be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and make a big impact. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify, enhance, and scale best practices. You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, planning/project management skills and organizational skills.
